R+R POLICIES

• Refund + Return Policy – Customers must return any unused product in its original packaging within 7 days of purchase in order to receive a refund or exchange. We cannot accept returns or refunds on any opened or used products.

• Cancellation Policy — Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24-hours of a scheduled service will result in a cancellation fee. The fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved service. Member services will be deducted from member's monthly package rather than a fee.

• Delivery Policy — We deliver anywhere in the U.S. with a flat rate of $9.
