Navigating childhood vaccines can feel overwhelming, especially with the amount of information, opinions, and conflicting messages available to parents today. Our Vaccine Education & Consultation is designed to provide a dedicated, judgment-free space where families can ask questions, discuss concerns, and better understand their options.
During this one-on-one consultation, our pediatric providers take a neutral, evidence-based approach to vaccine education. Rather than telling you what to think, our goal is to help you make informed decisions by providing clear information, current research, and thoughtful discussion tailored to your family's needs and values.
As part of the consultation, you'll receive a comprehensive vaccine education packet that includes:
An overview of each routine childhood vaccine
Information about the diseases vaccines are designed to prevent
Explanations of different vaccine types and how they work
Available vaccine scheduling approaches
Guidance on supporting your child's wellness before and after immunizations
The majority of the visit is conversation-based, allowing ample time to discuss your specific questions, review concerns, and explore the evidence together. Whether you're expecting your first child, preparing for upcoming vaccinations, following an alternative schedule, or simply reevaluating your family's current approach, this consultation is intended to provide clarity, context, and support without pressure or stigma.
Our goal is simple: to help parents feel informed, confident, and empowered as they make healthcare decisions for their children.

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance in the event you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a $100 ($75 for peds) fee. Patients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will also be charged the $100 fee.
This policy applies to all appointment types including acute visits, well visits and follow-ups. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call our office at 817-720-6220 ext 2.
