Dependent upon the Channel you choose, you can destress, focus, gain clarity or go into a deep sleep. We highly recommend the Rescue Channel for the most healing brain-body experience.

All light falls along a spectrum of wavelengths. Red, blue, and infrared light that falls within the wavelength range of 480-1060 nanometers is extremely beneficial, and often referred to as the 'therapeutic window.' Sunlight includes a component of red light; it is this light wavelength that contributes to the enhanced sense of well-being we experience after a few hours outside. LED light therapy harnesses the regenerative healing red light wavelengths, without the more harmful UVA and UVB light rays that can cause skin cancer and premature aging.

There are three main differences between Red Chromotherapy (what is found in our Infrared Sauna) and Red Light Therapy; power density, absorption, and health benefits.
Chromotherapy is a wavelength delivered through a lightbulb at a low power density. Red Light is the same wavelength delivered through an LED at a much higher density. Think of it like water through a nozzle of a hose; chromo would be more of a mist or shower while red light is a jet spray.
Chromotherapy is visible light that is emitted in the form of photons that are absorbed by receptors in the eyes, while red light is visible light that emits photons that are absorbed through the skin at a higher power density.
Chromotherapy supplies a gentle bath of colored light wavelengths that align with the 7 chakras, or energy points, of the body. Red chromotherapy specifically balances the first chakra, helping to relieve tension to improve energy efficiency. It is not recommended to use NIR (Near Infrared) setting on areas of hyperpigmentation and melasma, however, you can just use the Red Light Therapy. Please inform the front desk before starting treatment.
