GENERAL FAQ

  • We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the price of your scheduled appointment. Member services will be deducted from the member's monthly package instead of a fee.

    You may cancel online if it is more than 72 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you need to cancel your appointment within the 72 hour window, please call 817.720.6220.

  • In short, yes! With our Concierge Membership or Integrative Medicine Membership, our practitioners can coordinate your care with specialists and other healthcare providers as needed, refill prescriptions, and keep track of all your medical records.

    Even if you are not a Member, you and/or your children can use R+R as your PCP as well! We offer Annual Well-check Visits as well as Sick Visits for both adults and children.

    • Pap smears (We recommend seeing your OBGYN for recommended screenings)

    • Emergency care

  • Absolutely! From colds to chronic conditions, we are here to support your wellness from a holistic lens. Appointments can be made by emailing or calling us.

  • We offer Telemedicine services to patients who reside in Texas. Just mark “Telemedicine” when booking online or mention it when scheduling your appointment over the phone.

    If you live out of the state Texas, please call us to discuss how we can help you from afar!

  • Lindsay Thatcher, PNP-C is the provider for primary pediatrics. Kate Quintanilla, MPAS, PA-C or Dabney Poorter, FNP-C might also see your child on their pediatic visit, but only as needed for sick visits.

    Dr. Brighton Miller solely provides all Pediatric Concierge Appointments.

  • Kate Quintanilla, MPAS, PA-C and Dabney Poorter, FNP-C are the primary providers for all adult care. They are also the primary providers for the Integrative Medicine Membership.

BILLING + INSURANCE FAQ

  • We do not accept health insurance at our office. However, we do accept payment using HSA/FSA for supplements, specialty tests, and clinical fees.

    After your visit, our administration team will furnish you with a “superbill” with itemized receipts and coordinating diagnostic codes that you can submit to insurance for reimbursement. Please call your carrier to be certain you have the documents needed from our team to complete the claim.

  • To find out which labs (ex. Quest, LabCorp) are in-network with your insurance plan, call the member service number on the back of your insurance card or log in to your insurance provider's member portal.

    Depending on your coinsurance and deductible, lab testing sometimes requires a copay or out-of-pocket fee. Blood work is billed directly from the processing lab facility to your insurance plan. The remaining cost can vary depending on your insurance plan type and benefits.

    Please note our office gets special discounted cash pricing on labs that could be cheaper than your insurance coverage. Call or email us to get your discounted cash pricing. If you are using insurance for your blood work, R+R is unable to provide a cash estimate for the remaining out-of-pocket costs.

    When speaking with a representative from your insurance company, many members find it helpful to ask a few of the following questions:

    - What is my current deductible status?

    - I’m working with an out-of-network provider. Do I have out-of-network lab coverage?

    - What is my preferred in-network lab provider? Can I complete testing at Any Lab Test Now, Quest, or LabCorp?

    - What coverage can I expect for the following testing? Please ask your medical practitioner for a CPT document for your specific lab order, which will include both the billable CPT and ICD-10 diagnosis codes. By providing these codes, a representative will be able to advise which tests are eligible for coverage based on your plan.

  • At R+R, your testing options go far beyond the basic blood panel you might receive at a typical primary care physician’s office. As well as comprehensive blood testing, we also offer a variety of specialty tests which assess allergies, gut health, toxic metals, hormones, genetics, and more. These tests may include saliva, urine, and stool testing.

    All specialty testing is billed directly to the patient. These tests can be submitted for out-of-network reimbursement or paid for using FSA/HSA funds. Please note that these tests are not typically covered by insurance.

    Our Integrative Medical team can provide you with the cash-pay price of these specialty tests. The price generally ranges between $100-$400.

    Our Team will work with you to customize a health plan that satisfies your budget based on your health needs. Our recommendations are always established considering your individual goals; we are not incentivized to order these specialty tests.

MEMBERSHIP FAQ

  • The Concierge Integrative Medicine Membership offers a personalized, convenient and reliable option for anyone seeking the most thorough health and wellness expertise and care.

    With the Concierge Membership, you have complete and total concierge access to Dr. Brighton Miller. You are given her direct cell phone number, and she will come to your house for appointments as desired.

    Your annual (or monthly - whichever you choose) includes unlimited appointments annually. This means well visits and sick visits.

    You Initial Appointment is 1-hour and in-person with the option of having subsequent appointments via phone if desired.

    You receive 20% off all R+R Therapies, products and supplements, and this discount applies to any immediate family members under the age of 19 if you are an adult member.

    Please note the Concierge Membership is offered to both adults and to pediatrics age 0-18.

  • This is the simplest and most cost-effective way to receive personalized care at R+R!

    With the Integrative Medicine Membership, you receive care from Dabney Poorter and/or Kate Quintanilla with direct access to them through your patient portal.

    Discounted Well Check Visits are offered for $175 (regularly $350) and discounted Sick Visits are offered at $100 (regularly $200).

    In addition, you will receive 20% off all R+R Therapies, products and supplements.

  • - Lab tests: Many tests are covered partially or fully with your health insurance, but some may require a copay or may not be covered at all.

    - Specialty tests: Tests that require stool, saliva, or urine (For example, Dutch, Genova, GI-Map, etc.) are not included.

    - Specialty health services: These services usually require a referral or treatment at another facility. Examples include radiologic exams, vaccinations, wound care, OBGYN services, and emergency care.

    - While all of our R + R Therapies are offered at a 20% discount, but they are not fully included in the membership.

    -Medications: Your membership does not include prescription or over-the-counter medications, nor supplements. You do receive a 20% discount on all in-house supplements and products.

  • Those who initially paid for their membership upfront will be charged the same amount year after year. Members that pay monthly will continue to be auto-charged on the same day of the month.

  • First, please find a member of our team and let us know why you’d like to cancel. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and see what we can do better! If you’d still like to suspend your membership at this time, let our team know my emailing us at integrative@restoreandrevivefw.com. Please note: All memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment prior to eligibility for cancellation in order to receive the maximum benefit of care.

  • Adult + pedatric concierge patient care is provided by IFM Certified Family Practice DO, Dr. Brighton Miller.
