Here’s how to make the most of your R+R membership:
Arrive Fully Hydrated to IV Appointments
This will maximize your body’s ability to detox and/or to receive and metabolize vitamins and minerals. We recommend half your body weight in ounces of filtered water each day.
Supplement with Shots
Every R+R member gets two FREE vitamin shots per month. These are a great option when you’re on the run and a fantastic supplementary boost to your vitamin IV drips.
Target Your Treatments
Make sure you’re selecting services that align with your body’s needs. Regarding IV therapy specifically, you can select an IV specifically created for immunity, hangovers, weight management, detoxing, energy, athletic performance, happy hormones, or a healthy liver. Or, you can opt for an IV that supports general wellness including our Myers Drip Plus, Vitamin C, Glutathione, and more. These drips all have immune-boosting, detoxifying, and energizing properties.

Stay Consistent
To get the most out of your membership — and your health! — consistency is key. Services don’t roll over, so try to utilize all aspects of your membership each month. We also recommend scheduling all of your membership services at the beginning of your membership cycle to help keep you on track and organized.
On average, we recommend vitamin IVs every two to four weeks, but it depends upon your unique make-up whether more or less frequent is ideal for you.
Habit Stack When You Can
Doing multiple services at once (or on the same day) can save time and convenience. For example, you can ask the nurse to administer Ozone while receiving your IV.
Focus on How You Feel
When receiving a detox foot soak, try not to focus on how the water looks, but on how you feel after the treatment. It’s what’s happening on the inside of your body, not on the outside!
